Licensing & Offline Use
User needs to register and enjoy the features of the app. The app totally runs in offline mode and it doesn't display any ads and also it doesn't collect any user information.
Database Connections & Loading
It is designed to connect to any sql server locally or around the globe. User can login to SQL database using both sql server credentials or windows credentials if it is in local machine.
Multiple Users & Authority
Any number of user is allowed to be created by user with administrative roles. User role can be any of:
→ Data Viewer: Data viewer can only view & search records but they cannot add/edit/delete any record.
→ Data Administrator: Data administrator can access all the functionalities except creating/editing/deleting the users.
→ System Administrator: System administrator is at topmost position of authority hierarchy and have all the access to the application.
Expense Management
Put all your daily expenses with details here. We encourage to put every single penny details so that the system could calculate the exact amount and suggest you on how to save more by cutting-off unnecessary expendings. You can view your expendings as daily report, monthly report, months of year report, and yearly reports. In all the previous reports, we distinguish it category-wise for easy viewing and tracking.
Lend & Borrow Management
Never miss your lend and borrow things and amounts with our built-in functionality with summary at a glance. This will help track all the things you are prone to forgot which later on could create sour relationship within friends and relatives.
Contact Management
Any numbers of contacts with their photos can be put in the system as long as system capacity allows. Contacts are shown in ascending order from A to Z. Contacts can be exported to Microsoft excels. In reverse, contacts could be imported from either previously exported excels or android contacts storing files.
In-App Searching
In-app robust searching helps to search amount and texts in every possible ways, either in english or in nepali. Search results are beautifully presented and you can edit/delete the record right on the results window.
Customized Title & Messagebox
We have created custom windows title so we can put any functionality in windows title as we want. Also, we have created custom messagebox to match the theme of app.
Nepali Date Picker & Converter
We have made a new tool: Nepali Date Picker, which can be used to easily pick nepali date instead of writing it. Additionally, there is feature to convert A.D. (Anno Domini) date to B.S. (Bikram Sambat) or vice versa.
